The aim was to cut feeders of different sizes and analytical compositions for our induction furnace to make them suitable for charging.
GREEN BLOCK carried out this task quickly and reliably.
It was possible to cut significantly more scrap than with conventional manual methods.

GREEN BLOCK used a mobile steel cutting system to cut a huge stock of several thousand tons of steel bears to chargeable dimensions for us within just a few weeks. We were impressed by the concept because, on the one hand, an efficient dust extraction system is integrated and, on the other, only one operator controls the cutting process from the comfort of the air-conditioned operator cabin.
