OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY

Especially in the field of scrap burning, workers are often exposed to high physical stress and extreme dangers. With GREEN BLOCK systems, personal safety has absolute priority. The system operators control the semi-automatic and fully automatic systems via a control panel from a safe and air-conditioned control station.

EASY MAINTENANCE

Accessibility to maintenance-relevant machine components and a maintenance concept that can largely be handled by the system operator alone are the basic prerequisites for a functioning mobile scrap shredding concept.

EASY2MAINTAIN, a maintenance app specially developed for GREEN BLOCK, also makes operation and maintenance easier.

Mobile steel cutting systems are used wherever the cutting of steel parts by oxyfuel technology is required. In addition to the classic shredding of scrap parts for insertion into furnaces, the cross-cutting or longitudinal cutting of slabs, for example, is one of the many areas of application for our flame cutting system.
